4. Provider Listings

By creating a listing on our Site, service providers agree that:

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid subscription plans (Basic and Pro) are billed monthly. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing portal
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe

6. Homeowner Use

Homeowners may use the Site to find and contact service providers. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services offered by providers listed on the Site. You are solely responsible for evaluating providers and for any agreements you enter into with them.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Site
